Create a post in this space — any title, the content doesn't matter. That's the whole request: within a minute or two, a one-time password reset link will arrive in your community messages (DMs). Your post disappears automatically a moment after you publish it — that's normal; this space stays empty on purpose.
Three things to know:
- The link works once and expires in 2 hours.
- The match runs on your community email — it must be the same email you enrolled with. If you enrolled under a different address, update your community profile email first, then post again.
- If no link arrives or your email situation is tangled, message Luna and Jonathan will sort it with you personally.
This runs on its own secure rail — nobody, including Luna, can send a reset link from a conversation. Only your own post here triggers it, and the link only ever goes to your own DMs.
